Overview

Wealth With Fahmida (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (the book waitlist landing page at book.wealthwithfahmida.com), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

The Wealth-Intelligent Woman book and this page are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, pension, tax or legal advice.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: when you join the book waitlist, we collect your first name and email address.
• Booking/CRM data: your name and email are saved to our contact system so we can send you book launch news, early access and related updates.
• Usage data (only with your consent): if you accept optional marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel may collect pseudonymous information such as a cookie ID, device and browser details, and the pages you visit, to measure advertising performance.

Cookies & the Meta Pixel

We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential/first-party: a consent preference cookie remembers your cookie choice. These are necessary and do not require consent.
• Marketing (Meta Pixel): the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID 1933270674732183) is a marketing tracker operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. It is disabled by default and only loads after you accept marketing cookies. It may set cookies such as _fbp and share data with Meta for ad measurement and to build a profile of your interests.

Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations (PECR), marketing cookies require your opt-in before they load. You can accept or reject them from the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further marketing tracking and clears the marketing cookies we are able to remove.

Why we use your data & legal basis

• Booking the waitlist: on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — to send you the book updates you asked for.
• Marketing measurement: only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Marketing communications

When you join the book waitlist, we collect your first name and email to send you book launch news, early access and related updates. Joining the waitlist does not by itself subscribe you to broader marketing.

The registration form includes an optional, unticked checkbox where you can give separate consent to receive occasional emails from Wealth With Fahmida about financial education, wealth-building tools, new products and services, including VELAREM. This consent is entirely optional — you can join the book waitlist without ticking it.

If you tick the box, we record your consent, the exact wording you agreed to, a timestamp and the signup source against your contact record, so your choice is auditable and can be used to segment future campaigns. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of emails sent before you withdrew.

If you do not tick the box, no marketing-consent data is written to your record. This means any existing marketing permission, unsubscribe preference or Do Not Disturb setting already on your contact is preserved and never overwritten or reset by joining the book waitlist.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

United States Residents: Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “share” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Sharing data with Meta for advertising measurement may be considered a “share” under California law. You can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer, which disables marketing tracking.

Other US states may give you comparable privacy rights. Where applicable, you may exercise those rights by contacting us using the details in this section.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist details for as long as needed to send you the book updates you requested, and to manage our relationship with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing tracking data is governed by Meta’s retention settings and stops collecting once you withdraw consent.

Children

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the latest update at the top of this page.
